St Dominic’s School remains open as usual to all pupils and students.

SUMMER FETE CANCELLED

We have taken the difficult decision to cancel the Summer Fete which was due to take place on Saturday 6th July.

This decision has been reached due to the health and safety implications of the extensive building works currently taking place on site as part of the early stages of the construction of our new performing arts centre. The work affects the infrastructure of the wider site and therefore also significantly restricts parking arrangements for the event.

We are currently exploring alternative options for a summer event and will keep families and other stakeholders informed of progress.

The residential special school provides highly effective services that consistently exceed the standards of good. The actions of the school contribute to significantly improved outcomes and positive experiences for children and young people. Ofsted – March 2019
