Job Description
You will be responsible for the creation of reports in line with Ofsted requirements for pupil related information as well as extracting and manipulating data using excel for our Senior Leadership Team, Education and Therapy teams. As well as using our information systems to support our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils and students, you will create and maintain timetables as directed by the Head of Education.
You will need to run regular data extracts to inform reporting and manage users of the system.

Person Specification
You will have significant experience of working with our school management information system, SIMS. You will need to be able to work with our in house assessment system, SAVI. SAVI is a cloud-based application that measures the progress of pupils and students using ‘learning and thinking skills’. You will need to be confident and competent in liaising with the software developers and education leaders on any maintenance or development work in the system.
As well as excellent analytical and interpersonal schools, you will be able to present information in a logical, clear and concise format and communicate this effectively to colleagues. You will also need to manage your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
