St Dominic’s School remains open as usual to all pupils and students.

Forest School Creativity

Our Forest School continues to inspire lots of creativity, this week students created unique, impressive stick characters using elder wood and conkers. One earned the title ‘William the Conker-er’ bringing lots of laughter to the group. Work on the village continued, and some of the dens were spruced up and repaired.  Students enjoy the freedom and benefits of outdoor learning whilst having lots of fun with conker challenges and taking turns on the Forest School swings.

The residential special school provides highly effective services that consistently exceed the standards of good. The actions of the school contribute to significantly improved outcomes and positive experiences for children and young people. Ofsted – March 2019
