St Dominic’s School remains open as usual to all pupils and students.

6th Form Students’ 10K Walk

On Tuesday, the 6th Form students carried out a 10k sponsored walk. We were very lucky with the weather and although the ground was muddy, the sky was blue and it did not rain! All the students did exceptionally well and all made the whole distance. We stopped for a pub lunch on the way and met our check in team around the route.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff that supported the walk and to everyone who has sponsored us. We are raising money for our summer residential trip, which we are organising ourselves as part of our Enterprise Project.

The residential special school provides highly effective services that consistently exceed the standards of good. The actions of the school contribute to significantly improved outcomes and positive experiences for children and young people. Ofsted – March 2019
